Digital Products

All MageGate Games products are provided digitally unless otherwise stated.

Purchases are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, shared, uploaded, or reproduced without permission.


Print Products

MageGate Games does not currently sell print products directly.

Paperback and hardcover editions are available through Amazon and other retailers.

Intellectual Property

All MageGate Games content, products, artwork, branding, text, and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.

All third-party trademarks and systems referenced remain the property of their respective owners.


No Warranty

Products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

MageGate Games Inc. makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility with all platforms, or error-free operation.

Use of our products and services is at your own risk.


Third-Party Services

MageGate Games Inc. may use third-party platforms including payment processors, storefronts, analytics providers, email services, affiliate systems, and digital delivery providers.

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party platforms.


Artificial Intelligence

MageGate Games uses artificial intelligence ("AI") tools to assist with research, brainstorming, drafting, editing, enhancement, and certain production tasks involving text, images, audio, video, software, or marketing materials.

  • AI is used as a production tool—not as a substitute for human creativity, design, editorial judgment, or quality control.
  • Depending on the title, AI assistance is also used during drafting, editing, or refinement of written content, with all published material remaining subject to human review, revision, editorial judgment, and final approval.
  • Every published MageGate Games product is conceived, curated, reviewed, revised, edited, and approved by humans before release unless otherwise stated.
  • Our standard is simple: the quality, accuracy, usefulness, and playability of the finished work matter more than the tools used during its creation.

AI art varies by series:

  • Earlier books (250 Best Magic Items, Extreme Encounters, Game Master's Guides) have no AI-generated art, except for the front covers of the two Extreme Encounters: Weather & Terrain Omnibuses. All remaining cover and interior artwork is human-created.
  • Later releases from 2025 forward (e.g., 5 Free, Heirloom Magic Items Revised Edition, Legendary Lairs) make greater use of AI-generated illustrations for both covers and interiors, while still incorporating some human-created artwork.

Unless otherwise noted on an individual product page, this AI Policy applies to all current MageGate Games publications.


Limitation of Liability

MageGate Games Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products, services, downloads, or website.


Changes to These Terms

MageGate Games Inc. may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our products or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
