Right of Withdrawal Information (EU Customers Only)
Digital Products
MageGate Games sells digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase.
Under applicable European Union consumer protection laws, consumers generally have a right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. However, this right may be lost for digital content supplied electronically when:
- The customer expressly consents to immediate access and delivery of the digital content; and
- The customer acknowledges that their right of withdrawal is lost once performance begins.
By completing a purchase of a digital product from MageGate Games, EU customers expressly consent to immediate access to the purchased digital content and acknowledge that their statutory right of withdrawal is lost once delivery and access begin.
This consent is collected during checkout prior to purchase.
Physical Products
Physical products, where offered, may be subject to different withdrawal and return rights under applicable law. Please contact us for assistance regarding any physical product order.
